(Not so) Easy Seated Pose
This practice explores the spaces that tend to hinder us from an easy, Easy Seated Pose (Sukhasana). We look at the low back, the side body, hips, glutes, hamstrings and quads to make sitting on the ground much easier in the body-since that is where we often begin and end our practice. You will notice quite a change in your posture with the techniques used in this class.
