Ayurveda Follow Up

Service Description

Follow up consultation is required to monitor progress and address any concerns. Personalized Ayurvedic regimen will be revised as per the progress and health status. Individual’s feedback since the initial consultation is meticulously collected that records the effects on both the body and the mind. Careful assessment and individuals experience is made. Any changes or suggestions to life style, daily habits, diet, sleep and exercise will be made. This will be hour long session.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel within 24 hours of service or class or you will be charged for the service (if there is a wait list). If it is a class that you will be missing, please cancel your reservation in class so that the spot can open up for someone else! We appreciate your help in respecting everyone's time.
