Service Description

Part 2 of a 3 part series on Trauma Yoga with Jen Wilder We’ll take a deeper dive into Polyvagal Theory and how it can be applied to your yoga practice for emotional regulation and nervous system health. This session focuses on understanding the vagus nerve and how certain movements, breathwork, and practices can help you "reset" your autonomic nervous system. By learning to access your body’s natural states of safety and calm, we’ll explore ways to gently shift from fight-or-flight into a more balanced state of relaxation and presence. The goal of this workshop is to cultivate resilience and increase your capacity for self-regulation, so you can stay grounded even in moments of stress.
