Part 3 of a 3 part series on Trauma Yoga with Jen Wilder In our final workshop of the series, we’ll bring everything together—embodying the practices and principles from the past two months into a holistic approach to self-care and emotional resilience. This session will integrate trauma-informed techniques with the practical application of Polyvagal Theory to create a deeper sense of grounding, safety, and self-support. We’ll explore how to channel flow states, self-soothing techniques, and mindful movement into your daily life, helping you cultivate a resilient nervous system that is less reactive and more adaptive. This class is designed to empower you to take what you’ve learned and carry it forward, allowing you to embody the tools of self-regulation, self-compassion, and inner strength long after the workshop ends.
