FRIDAY, MARCH 21ST // 5:30-7:30pm $45 or Free for Monthly Unlimited Members Join us for a transformative and radiant experience as we celebrate the coming of light with the Spring Equinox! Our unique yoga workshop combines the serenity of yoga flow, the vibrancy of a glow/neon party, and the tranquillity of a sound bath. This event is designed for yogis of all levels, welcoming everyone from beginners to seasoned practitioners. Our all-levels yoga flow is designed to awaken your body and mind, helping you connect with the energy and renewal of the Spring Equinox. Dress in your brightest neon attire and let the UV lights illuminate your movements. It's a celebration of light and color, mirroring the vibrant energy of spring! Conclude the evening with a soothing sound bath, designed to help you transition into a state of deep relaxation and reflection. **No yoga experience needed. All are welcome! What to Bring: (Not necessary, but recommended) -Comfortable yoga attire (neon colors encouraged) -Yoga mat -Water bottle -Journal & Writing Tool
