Service Description

Golfing requires a certain level of strength and mobility in specific areas of the body in order to be a balanced yet powerful participant. However, many golfers struggle with a lack of mobility. This translates into athletic performance. You may not be able to hit the ball as far as you would like, your swing may not feel fluid and smooth, and you may experience pain as you walk the green or stand for longer periods of time. These are all areas we can improve upon through the practice of Yoga! To improve as a golfer, it is important to increase your range of motion, build strength and rebuild flexibility. This workshop is not JUST for Golfers! Anyone experiencing pain in the lower back, shoulders and/or knees will benefit from the techniques and practices in this workshop!
