2024 Cardboard Regatta
Kelley & her brother, Chris had an absolute blast competing in the 2024 Crystal Lake Cardboard Regatta! So many hilarious memories were made creating the boat, capsizing it (5 times) and eventually swimming it back to shore!

We were humbled by the amount of donations this year!
Collections benefited the Crystal Lake Food Pantry and the First Church Food Pantry at The Chapel McHenry.
2024 Girls on the Run x Be Well
Be Moved partnered with Girls on the Run to offer up an exquisite evening of self-love & self-care! Kelley Edwards & Denise Yager led a lovely All Levels Yoga Practice & Meditation.
Care4 Breast Cancer Donation Class
We were so happy to give back through teaching Yoga at our studio to help support the Family Health Partnership Clinic in Crystal Lake! Carrie Tomasello led a donation based class for supporters and suriviors!
2024 Care4 Breast Cancer 5k
The donation based class transitioned us wonderfully into a team walking/running for awareness, hope and supporting our local community of survivors and thrivers!
Our studio was able to raise $800 in a short amount of time for this endeavour! Thank you to everyone who came out and/or donated!!
