How to choose a class
ask yourself:
what does my body need?
I want to slow down
For when you are feeling: overwhelmed, tense, exhausted, overstimulated
We recommend:
Restorative, Meditation + Pranayama
Candelight Yin
Thai Bodywork + Restorative Yoga
I want to feel strong
For when you are feeling: stagnant, disconnected, low energy
We recommend:
Yoga Strength
Pilates
Strong + Slow Flow
(there's a heated option on Mondays!)
I want to mobility + release
For when you are feeling: tight, stuck, stiff, inflamed
We recommend:
Fascia + Deep Stretch
Fascia + Flow
Slow Flow + Deep Stretch
I want an accessible practice
For when you are feeling:
new to movement, like you need extra support, like a softer place to begin
We recommend:
Chair

I want balance + movement
For when you are feeling:
out of rhythm, scattered or needing space to come back to yourself.

Arrive 10-15 minutes before class-time to see the studio and fill out a waiver

Wear comfortable clothing

Bring water, your mat and any other props you have! We also have everything you need at the studio.

No experience necessary! All of our classes are great for all levels!
