Service Description

This appointment gives you access to the sauna and cold plunge in our contrast therapy room to use however your thermal heart desires! Please note: You can spend a maximum of 20 minutes at a time in the cold plunge.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel within 24 hours of service or class or you will be charged for the service (if there is a wait list). If it is a class that you will be missing, please cancel your reservation in class so that the spot can open up for someone else! We appreciate your help in respecting everyone's time.
