Join Julie & Kelley for a grounding Summer Solstice Workshop that celebrates the fire season of the year! This workshop is designed to help you align with the natural rhythms of the earth, focusing on building the heat and making a difference. Workshop Details Date: Friday, June 26th Time: 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM Cost: $45 or free for monthly unlimited members Workshop Highlights Discussion-Journaling-Movement-Guided Meditation-Sound Bath What to Bring: A yoga mat A journal and pen Comfortable clothing Pillows & Blankets that will make you feel extra cozy!
