ABOUT ME

I am a fully certified 500 hour Yoga Instructor and Educator. I have over 4,000 hours of teaching experience and consider myself a Movement & Mindfulness Professional. Currently, I am working on becoming a Yoga Therapeutic Specialist, a 1000 hour certificate. Helping people feel good in their bodies is truly what I am here to do.

I customize each session to fit the needs of your employees and company. Classes are all-levels with options for beginners and those that are more experienced in the practices. I recommend practicing yoga at least twice a week, but even once a week will have noticeable results.

I can also offer corporate logins for my On Demand Studio, Om Sweet Home, so that your employees can practice from the comfort of their own home outside of work hours. This can create exponential benefits to you and your organization. Monthly subscription starts at $25/month per participant. Check out the extensive library HERE.

TESTIMONIALS

"I initially came to yoga to work on my flexibility and balance. As I am guided by Kelley’s calming voice and positive encouragement, I have made yoga part of my weekly routine. Yoga encourages me to keep focused and to take every situation in a calm and reflective way.  I am able to take deep breaths when I am frustrated and reconnect in a positive way. I am never discouraged by practicing, due to the encouragement that Kelley always gives to her students. She encourages all of her students by her soothing voice and calming manner of instruction."

Robin

"Yoga started as an exercise to try, but it became incorporated into being a part of my health regime and now has evolved into a spiritual awakening. It doesn’t solve my problems. However, it can put into perspective the cause/source of the problem, whether it is emotional or physical. Kelley’s teachings are organic: she teaches what she feels is needed for that practice, what a participant may need OR what is transpiring in the universe that needs to be addressed and educational. This is what I love about her. Every class is different. Her ‘cues' are like a conversation; easy to follow, to understand and always providing alternatives. In addition I LEARN something new with each class."

JoAnne

"Her teachings are accessible because she has versions of each pose for any level of experience or fitness. She has a way of modifying the practice without making people feel inadequate. Beyond the social interaction with everyone attending, I really like learning things I can do to improve balance, strength, and flexibility when I'm not in a class. I often use the spinal twists and hip flexor stretches as well as focusing on my posture throughout the day, all week long."
