Brain-Heart-Gut Check In

The importance of checking in with yourself is a sentiment that many of us yogis/yoginis are familiar with. But have you ever checked in with the actual organs of your body? Often times, the brain and the body are working independently of each other, with the two machines being on different wave lengths from one another. We may think the heart is okay, but it is suffering. We may think the gut is okay, but it is struggling. We don't really know until we go inward and ask the question: how are you feeling?
This mediation is like a mini body scan, with attention placed on three important parts of our being: our brain, our heart and our gut. There will be 5 minutes of Free Writing at the end!
