These classes will include elements of yoga, presented in a kid-friendly way! We will get the little ones moving with dancing, singing, marching, skipping, laughing, and storytelling all while practicing Yoga! Sessions will be filled with games, imaginative play, and activities that will engage the children and give them tools to feel calmer, happier, and more present!
