Kids Yoga Summer Camp!

Service Description

Kids classes offer more challenges with an added layer of tapping into the mind-body connection; all while still being fun! Kids will learn Yoga poses geared towards strength and flexibility while flowing and working together in partner/group poses. Students will learn stress management, breathing techniques and mindfulness practices. This class is for kids ages 8-13. There will be themes each week! Feel free to dress up or bring in toys! Session 1 May 28th-June 25th Themes Week 1: Stuffed Animal Day Week 2: Space Week 3: Beach Week 4: Seasons Week 5: Superhero Session 2 July 2nd-July 30th Themes Week 1: America Week 2: Pirate Week 3: Circus Week 4: Luau Week 5: Back to School To Sign Up: To pay per week: $20/session For one 5-week session: purchase a 5-pack ($88) For both 5-week sessions: purchase a 10-pack ($150) We cannot wait to practice with you!!

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel within 24 hours of service or class or you will be charged for the service (if there is a wait list). If it is a class that you will be missing, please cancel your reservation in class so that the spot can open up for someone else! We appreciate your help in respecting everyone's time.
