Begin the evening with a reflective journaling session. This is an opportunity to set intentions for the new season, release past burdens, and embrace change. Journaling prompts will be provided to inspire your thoughts and encourage personal growth.

Focus on the Water Element
In traditional Chinese medicine, winter is associated with the water element, which governs the Kidneys & Bladder. This workshop will include focused yoga practices and breathing exercises that support these organs, promoting detoxification and emotional clarity.
Kidneys: Engage in deep breathing exercises to preserve your essence, Jing.
Bladder: Yoga poses will aid in promoting release and confronting the emotion of this season: fear.

Sound Bath Meditation with the FANTASTIC Julie Benson!!
Conclude the workshop with a soothing sound bath, where the vibrations of singing bowls and other instruments will wash over you, helping to release tension and deepen your relaxation. This meditative experience will support the body's natural healing processes and leave you feeling refreshed and balanced.
