Begin the evening with a reflective journaling session. This is an opportunity to set intentions for the new season, release past burdens, and embrace change. Journaling prompts will be provided to inspire your thoughts and encourage personal growth.

Focus on the Metal Element
In traditional Chinese medicine, autumn is associated with the metal element, which governs the lungs and large intestines. This workshop will include focused yoga practices and breathing exercises that support these organs, promoting detoxification and emotional clarity.
Lungs: Engage in deep breathing exercises to strengthen respiratory health and enhance the flow of qi.
Large Intestines: Yoga poses will aid in promoting digestion and letting go of what no longer serves you.

Sound Bath Meditation
Conclude the workshop with a soothing sound bath, where the vibrations of singing bowls and other instruments will wash over you, helping to release tension and deepen your relaxation. This meditative experience will support the body's natural healing processes and leave you feeling refreshed and balanced.
