This workshop is a deeply intentional, educational, and experiential practice designed to support bone health through mindful movement, intelligent loading, and nervous system regulation.

Bone loss is often gradual and silent. It can be influenced by hormonal changes, chronic stress, inflammation, nutrition, and a lack of appropriate mechanical stimulation. However, bone is not fixed or static. When we apply intentional, weight-bearing load in a safe and supported way, bone tissue is encouraged to maintain, and in some cases improve, its density. This is where yoga becomes powerful.
When practiced with awareness and proper alignment, yoga can:

Drawing inspiration from therapeutic movement, functional strength training and structured yoga practices, this workshop emphasizes sustainability and long-term resilience. It is designed to support your body not just for today, but for the years ahead. You will explore a series of weight-bearing, osteoporosis-conscious postures designed to safely stimulate bone and build strength. Each posture is approached with options, props, and clear guidance, allowing you to move safely within your own capacity.
