Run, Hydrate & Recover!
Join Coach Megan Sloan of Sloan Coaching and Kelley Edwards of Be Moved Yoga for a Sunday Fun Run, MyoYoga and Recovery morning!
Megan will guide you through a gentle, fun run on Sunday, October 26th at 8am! ​The 3 mile route will start at Be Moved Yoga and Wellness and runs through the beautiful landscape of Veteran Acres. The route will take you back to the studio for a Myofascial Yoga class led by Kelley that is geared to runners! Think of myofascial release as self-massage; we work on hydrating the tissues for better mobility, strength and flexibility!
After the class, plan to stick around for brunch treats & beverages and sessions in the Contrast Therapy room, which holds a state of the art Cold Plunge and Sauna! If you plan to experience the hot/cold therapy: please bring a bathing suit and towel! Sessions will be 20 minutes long.
